Q: How do I know my size?

A: On each product page, we mention the size of the item the model is wearing. That gives you a baseline of what your size should be. We also follow Asian sizing. When unsure, we highly suggest you get your usual size.

Q: How do you ship locally (Philippines)?

A: We send items primarily via NinjaVan and LBC.

 Q: What covers as free exchange?

A: Exchange is free (shipping costs to and from are reimbursed) when you find a manufacturing defect in your item within 365 days from the date of purchase. Don't abuse!

Q: How long is shipping?

A: We ship from Manila. Shipping within the metro is 1-3 working days. Shipping outside Manila can take 3-5 working days.

Q: Where do I send items back for exchange?

A: After you order, you will be given an Exchange document where our mailing address is indicated.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: We have a flat rate of 99 PhP for shipping within the Philippines. Shipping charges are waived when you purchase more than 1495 PhP.

Q: Do you accept refunds?

A: Straightforward does NOT accept refunds for any reason. Upon making your payment, you agree that items you return are only allowable for exchange to the same item or Straightforward credits.

Q: How do I pay?

A: You can pay via Credit Card, Cash on Delivery, and Bank Transfer (BDO, BPI).

Q: Can I cancel orders?

A: You may cancel orders, but payments may not be refunded. To cancel your orders, send an e-mail to jessica@straightforward.ph

Q: I don't have a Paypal account. Can I still pay via Credit Card?

A: You don't need to have a Paypal account to pay at Paypal with your credit card.

Q: Can I return online purchases in store?

A: Yes. Just bring the Exchange form that's sent with the package you received with your online order.

Q: Do you ship outside of the Philippines?

A: Yes. We use express international delivery where you can begin tracking your order the moment we send it. Shipping Charge is flat rate at 25 USD.

Q: Can I exchange items that were bought on sale?

A: Sale items are ineligible for exchange unless the items were found to have a manufacturing defect.

Q: How do I track my orders?

A: You will be given instructions via e-mail after you have sent your proof of purchase to payments@straightforward.ph.

Q: My size isn't available. What can I do?

A: Send an e-mail to jessica@straightforward.ph or call our hotline at (02) 632 0717 loc 202, and we'll take one more look around our stockroom for your preferred item. Our hotline is only available Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST).

Q: I bought an item in pre-order. What does that mean?

A: An item that's listed as available for pre-order means that the item you are buying is still not in our inventory, but is promised to arrive in our warehouse by the declared date. When you have made your payment before the declared date, expect to receive your pre-ordered package 2 days after the declared date.

Q: What does the 365-day guarantee cover?

A: Our 365-day guarantee covers only manufacturing defects. This usually include loose threads, fabric inconsistencies, and misplaced buttons. We reserve the right to reject claims on suspicious intent. Please don't abuse our brave soul.

Q: What if the items I received are incorrect, insufficient, or defective?

A: Immediately send your complaint alongside an image of your package to jessica@straightforward.ph. We'll take care of you.

Q: I have product and service reviews on Straightforward. Where can I post them?

A: We are currently working on our site's reviews feature. For the meantime, connect with us on Facebook and on Instagram.

Q: I have already sent my payment. How long does it usually take before my orders are dispatched?

A: Your items are sent just 1 working day from the date you sent your proof of payment to payments@straightforward.ph. On the same e-mail, kindly indicate the Order Number that you have just paid for. You should receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after your proof of purchase has been sent.
