On each product page, we have a size chart in the product description, following Asian sizing. Most of our measurements are in inches as well. We highly suggest that you measure yourself and base your orders on the measurements you got.
On the product page, you can click the “Email me when it's available'' option on the right side of the product page, and fill up the form. We’ll notify you once we have restocked the item you want.

Upon receiving your parcel, you will be given a RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FORM where our mailing address is indicated. To accomplish the exchange process, fill up the Order Request Form here.
Straightforward accepts refunds on a case to case basis. However, upon making your payment, you agree that the items you’re returning are allowable for an exchange of the same item.
Please refer to your Return and Exchange policy included with your delivered items.
For concerns like Incomplete and incorrect orders received, returns, or exchange, you may go to the bottom of the site and click Order Request Form and fill up the form. We'll take care of you as soon as we can!
SHIPPING + PAYMENT
Currently, we send items primarily via LBC. We send items through DHL for international shipping.
We have a flat rate of 149 PhP for shipping within the Philippines, but shipping charges are waived when you purchase more than 3000 PhP. For purchases outside of the Philippines, international rates apply.
We process orders within 3-5 days after placing, not including Weekends and Holidays. Once your order is ready, a shipment confirmation will be sent to your email and contact number. We ship from Manila. Orders may take longer than expected during holidays or quarantine.
You can pay via Bank Deposit (BPI), Paymongo, Cash on Delivery, or Cash upon pick-up at the preferred LBC Branch.
Please go to our customer care column at the bottom of the site and click Submit Proof of Payment and fill up the corresponding form.
You may also send your proof of payment to email@example.com, and include the Order Number. You should receive a confirmation email shortly after your proof of purchase has been sent.
You may still cancel orders if they’re pending for packaging. However, if the order is packed and ready for shipment, it cannot be cancelled anymore. For concerns related to this, please contact Straightforward through our Facebook page for faster response.

Our production line is currently in full operation while ensuring that safety and health protocols are being strictly followed. We sanitize all working stations before and after work. Everyone is strictly advised to practice proper hygiene, social distancing, and wearing masks inside and outside of the premises.
All employees have paid sick leaves and are required to take tests and to stay home if they show symptoms of COVID-19 or if they don't feel well.
