It one of the best buys I've had for myself. I love the products of Straightforward but I bought my previous items at the shop. It's my first time to buy online, I just wish that there is an automated way of accepting the payment receipt. My sister and I were a bit disappointed since we were waiting for a confirmation that payment has been done online only to find out that we still have to forward the receipt and I only found out about it when I read the FAQs. It's 2021 ( turning 2022 in a few days), I think you guys need to update your website regarding the payment confirmation. FYI, not everyone reads the FAQs.
