First purchase

Been eyeing to buy something from Straightforward and when I got the chance, I made sure I got it right on my end. However, one of the items I got wasn't what I ordered. Fortunately it's the Straightforward that I had transactions with. I successfully returned the wrong item to them and they replaced it right away. So,
