How it works?
1. Choose from any customizable bags from our Personalized Collection: https://www.shopstraightforward.com/collections/personalized-collection
2. Click 'Yes' and choose the number of letters you prefer. Please note that 'spaces', numbers, and other special characters are not applicable for stamping. A limit of 2 characters of the same letter only (ex. Ana is applicable, AAA is not.)
3. Type in the name to be stamped (corresponding to the number of characters) and choose the placement where you want the stamp should be.

2. Choose '6 letters' from "How many letters do you want" in the options. Maximum of 6 letters are allowed in this promo.

4. Automatic discounts will apply if the above conditions are met. Promo is applicable once per checkout.
What payment options are accepted?
We accept Gcash, Bank Deposit (BPI), & Bank Transfer (BPI). For security reasons, the Stamping Services will not proceed with orders placed with COD payment options.
Is the Stamping Service available for all DVL items?
Due to certain limitations on some of the product's styles, the Stamping Service can only be processed on selected items only and customization options may vary per product. All the items with customizable options are here: https://www.shopstraightforward.com/collections/personalized-collection

Can I use numbers and/or special characters for stamping service?
We can only accept letter stamping for this service. Numbers and Special characters (such as spaces, dash, underscores, ampersand etc.) are not applicable for stamping service.

Discounts are not working on checkout page.
Stacking discounts will only work on the cart page. Please enter the promo codes on cart page before checking out.
Can I avail this service on your physical stores?
Yes. You can avail the stamping services through our specialized Stamping Stations at SM San Lazaro and Vertis North. Please expect additional 7-10 additional days to claim your item.
Is it possible to have my own Straightforward DVL Bags to be customized?
Yes. Our specialized Stamping Stations are always available to personalize your well-loved DVL bags. This service, however, is not applicable in our website. Customization options vary per product.
Returns and Cancellations of order.
We strictly cannot accommodate returns and cancellations on all personalized items. If you have other items in your other that is not customized, you can have it exchanged as long as it comply with our Returns and Exchange Policy.
