Sturdy and neat

I was kind of surprised how the bag can fit several items and still look flat. Of course, the items shouldn't be bulky, but I did fit all my essentials in it without the bag looking chunky. It's the perfect color too because it fits my outfits perfectly. A bit disappointed with the customer service that went with it, but otherwise it's perfect. Love it!
